But Maendeleo believes that prosperity is not just about financial wealth, but about enabling individuals and communities to thrive and flourish in all aspects of life. We work towards prosperity by fostering economic empowerment, creating opportunities for growth and development, and promoting inclusive and sustainable economic systems. This includes initiatives such as vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and access to microfinance through which we seek to empower individuals and communities to build a prosperous future.

Peace is essential for progress and prosperity. We believe in building peaceful and inclusive societies where conflicts are resolved through dialogue and cooperation. Maendeleo works to address the root causes of conflict and promote dialogue, reconciliation, and peacebuilding initiatives to pave the way for sustainable development and growth. By fostering understanding and tolerance, we create environments where communities can flourish in peace.
